Description
Dragonfly Frames Silicone Mold Box to 3D Print is a 3D-printable tray designed to help you make your own flexible silicone molds for polymer clay work. Print the tray, pour your preferred mold-making silicone into it, allow it to cure, and enjoy a reusable textured mold.
Your download includes:
- One embossed 3MF mold tray
- One debossed 3MF mold tray
Interior tray dimensions: approximately 4 × 4 × 0.67 inches (102 × 102 × 17 mm).
Files may be scaled up to approximately 150% while retaining the modeled detail. Scaling down is possible, but may reduce wall strength and fine relief detail; use your slicer’s wall-thickness preview before printing.
Gallery image #5 shows a sample of the simple process: print the tray, pour the silicone, then use the finished flexible mold with polymer clay.
3MF format: These are geometry-only 3MF files. No printer, nozzle, filament, or slicer profile is included, so you can choose the settings appropriate for your own printer and filament. For fine relief, a 0.2 mm nozzle and a high-quality layer-height setting are recommended.
