Description

Bring beautiful patterns and creative detail to your polymer clay projects with this reusable, 3D-printable Chevrons Polymer Clay Stencil. Whether you’re making earrings, pendants, decorative pieces, or other clay creations, stenciling is a wonderful way to add color, contrast, and personality to your designs.

Use your stencil with mica powders, pigments, acrylic paints, or other clay-compatible decorative mediums. Experiment with layering different patterns, combining colors, or repeating a design to create something uniquely yours.

Size & Scaling

  • Design area: 75 × 75 mm (approximately 3 × 3 inches).
  • Scalable: Resize the model in your slicer to suit your project. Enlargements of up to approximately 50% are a reasonable starting point to experiment with, depending on the design and your printer.
  • Scaling affects all dimensions, including stencil openings, wall thickness, and overall size.

How to Use

  1. Condition and prepare your polymer clay slab.
  2. Position the printed stencil gently against the clay surface.
  3. Gently and evenly burnish or roll the stencil into the clay until the clay has filled the stencil openings.
  4. Apply your chosen paint, mica powder, pigment, or other compatible medium through the stencil openings.
  5. Carefully lift the stencil to reveal your pattern.
  6. Allow painted or decorated clay to dry or cure as appropriate for your chosen medium.
